Poppy ass customer service!! Went in to buy a new battery 30 minutes before closing and the old ass manager didn't want to change my battery out even though it clearly states on the website they will but anyways he told me to do it so I was going to then he started rushing me and so I didn't purchase a damn thing sorry you just lost your self a costumer

This is the worst place to take your car to! They destroyed the electrical system on my car a year ago by installing a battery wrong! I'm still suffering from this to this day. After countless calls and back and forth through corporate I finally got them to act (some what). The claims department/company they now have handling my case is extremely slow to act and rude! I got my car last year May and by September it was destroyed! I'm forced to still pay for a car I can't drive while I wait the for the outcome from this company who could really care less! I'm stressed to the max about my car, having to either waste countless dollars on rental cars or practically beg the next person for a ride! My family came to Texas for military purposes not expecting to be stranded by a lack of judgment we made taking our car to a "reputable" company. I NEED A LAWYER!
